This virtual workshop is much more than a cooking class.
It's time to hang out virtually and discuss the ins and outs of making your own plant-based milk at home. No matter where you live you can join me in real-time and we can create together (or you can just observe) from our respective kitchens!
Here are just a few of the topics we'll cover in our 90 minutes together:
- Best practices for low waste grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and pantry stocking
- Cost and quality comparisons of store-bought plant-based milk vs. homemade
- Storage considerations
- Recipes (hint: this will involve chocolate) and how to use the pulp that you have leftover
This virtual class will take place Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 5 p.m. EST.
Prior to the class, you’ll receive recipes, a grocery list (including swaps), and details on how to login to the online class. All participants will receive a recording of the video afterward - just in case they can't make it in real-time or their connection is interrupted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
Please note: all recipes are vegan, gluten-free, and, for the most part, can be modified to be allergy-friendly. I will provide a wide variety of swaps and suggestions if you don’t have the exact ingredients for the recipe.
Don't forget to share your creations with me by tagging me on Instagram!
I hope to see you soon.
